Frequently Asked Questions
All maintenance plans include a minimum of 30 minutes of support each month. This is a small amount of time reserved for questions or a small tweak. Our care plans are all customized and can include ongoing monthly support. Additional support time for content updates, training, or custom development can be added at our hourly rate.
Hosting is not included in any care plan. We firmly believe that it is in our clients best interest to have a dedicated account with their hosting provider which they fully own and control the access to. We are happy to assist with recommending quality hosting providers and will handle all of the technical account details and configuration.
Any premium plugin licences are your responsibility to manage the account and costs. We understand that you may prefer for us to handle software licenses and we are happy to discuss this option when building your care plan package.
We offer care plans on with monthly or annual commitments. There are cost-savings on annual commitments which is our most popular option.
We will require access to you WordPress admin dashboard as an Administrator user. We will also requirer access to your hosting account. My may require access to your domain account in some circumstances. This helps us connect to your site in order to install our services offered (i.e., security monitoring, backups, and plugins). We keep your credentials private and will never share these details outside of the team.
We will also request you to share information regarding customized features and plugins where we need to be extra careful before making updates.
We can not guarantee your website protection however we guarantee that we’ll do everything in our power to protect your website from the likes of brute force attacks, hackers, bot attacks and the rest.
